Ryan Curtis forced off BAMMA 27 due to hand injury

Highly touted prospect Ryan Curtis has been forced to withdraw from his BAMMA Lonsdale 125lb championship.bout with fellow undefeated pro Dominic Wooding at the BAMMA and Bellator collaboration event on 16th December 2016.

“Chaos” Curtis broke his hand during his last bout at BAMMA 26 against Shamsul Haque and the injury was failed to heal in time for BAMMA 27.

Update: A source close to the promotion revealed to us that the bout will be rescheduled for a later date.

Dubliner “Chaos” Curtis has been training and fighting under Owen Roddy at SBG Charlestown (formerly Primal MMA) since he was a teenager and has quickly taken his record to 4-0 with 3 finishes after he turned professional in June 2015 following a successful amateur career.

Dominic Wooding turned pro in August 2015 and has won all 3 of his professional bouts by knockout. “The Black Panther” trains out of Team Titan in London and also had an extensive and successful amateur career dating back to 2012.
