The lads react to the news of seemingly a PFL homecoming for Paul Hughes in Belfast, the incredible war between Gheorghe Grozav and Ciaran Brady and all the action on Iúr FC 14, and the rise in professional MMA on the Irish domestic scene.

Later in the show, they recap a very successful few weeks for Team KF fighters, Paul Buckley’s impressive showing in Egypt, Henry Fadipe getting back into the win column, a successful campaign for the Irish at the IMMAF Euros, and some mouth watering domestic matchups announced for the Cage Warriors Dublin show in April.

Additionally, they look ahead to a busy few weeks in Irish MMA with Will Fleury vying for Oktagon double champion status, a professional title on the line at Cage Conflict and the return of Dylan Logan.
