Welcome to Episode 78 of “The Auld Triangle” Irish MMA podcast, hosted by Ian O’Neill, Caoilte de Barra, and Andy Stevenson.

While Andy is away on his travels, Ian and Caoilte discuss the Conor McGregor’s recent social media tirade sparked by the aftermath of Paul Hughes’ loss to Usman Nurmagomedov.

They also look back some recent results in Irish MMA as Alan Philpott get a big knockout win on his return to the cage at Eternal MMA 92 in Australia, while Ryan Keogh adds another win to his professional record at Hexagone MMA 24.

With the Regional scene ready to kick off, the lads preview a stacked IÚR Fighting Championships 14 card headlined by undefeated prospects Ciaran Brady and Gheorghe Grozav.

Later, they discuss the recent fight announcements from the Irish domestic scene and look at the Irish team heading to the IMMAF European Championships.
