All fighters on weight for Inaugural Professional Fighters League: Daytona event

[Press Release] The eight fighters slated to compete at Friday’s inaugural Professional Fighters League event tipped the scales to make those bouts official Thursday. The first-of-its-kind mixed martial arts event — set to be broadcast live from the iconic Daytona International Speedway on NBCSN — will pit long-time welterweight standout John Fitch against Brian Foster in the five-round main event.

Former WSOF heavyweight champion Smealinho Rama will collide with hard-hitting Ronny Markes in the co-main event attraction. Both fighters have competed across multiple weight divisions but will be meeting Friday at light heavyweight. Both Joao Zeferino and Herman Terrado made weight for their welterweight scrap while Jason High and Caros Fodor did the same for their lightweight clash.

Official Weights:

Jon Fitch (170.8) vs. Brian Foster (170)
Smealinho Rama (204.8) vs. Ronny Markes (206)
Joao Zeferino (171) vs. Herman Terrado (169.6)
Jason High (156) vs. Caros Fodor (155.6)
